Role Of Purposes

To deliver training to the Operation team specifically Ticketing & GDS material and to complete learning sources such as modules, syllabus, and guidance in order to develop the knowledge and skills of a company's workforce.

Responsibilities

• Track and compile data to update modules.
• Develop a schedule to assess training needs.
• Responsible for trainees' attendance.
• Evaluate the competency levels of individual trainees and send the results (Training Evaluation Form) to their respective leaders.
• Conduct Ticketing and GDS System training such as Amadeus, Galileo & Sabre systems for new or existing employees.
• Create syllabus as training strategies.
• Keep track of trainees' progress and conduct 1-on-1 meetings with them.

Requirements

• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with all levels of management.
• A deep understanding of Ticketing (Reservation, Issuance, Reissuance) is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Able to operate a minimum of 2 GDS systems with advanced skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to a variety of different engagement types, working hours, work environments, and locations.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Min 2 years of ticketing experience - in Travel Agencies/Airlines would be preferable.
• Training experience (nice to have).
