Job Description

REQUIREMENTS :

- Minimum hold Bachelor Degree (S1) in IT/Computer Science or equivalent

- Has working experience of at least 3+ years as IT SysAdmin / IT Operations / Infrastructure fields of work

- Strong technical knowledge of Network and Server Operating System

- Having good knowledge of scripting (CLI and SQL) and programming

- Basic knowledge on Data Security and Cyber Security basics

- Vast experience on Mikrotik, Switches, VM, HA, and Enterprise Backup Solution

- Good communication in English

- Willing to be placed in Pondok Cabe Airports, Tangerang / Wahid Hasyim, Central Jakarta


RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Provide end-user support for communication, on IT-related issues

- Responsible for day-to-day system administration, internal network management, backups, and endpoint management support

- Installing, provisioning, configuring and maintenance of various infrastructure device within the organizations

- Oversees and communicate with respected third-party for IT-related services

- Direct report to Project Manager
