Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the international office IT construction and network operation & maintenance , including the IT devices installation and debugging , cabling, operation and maintenance of Server room engineering, provide a safe and stable operation of the system;

2. Responsible for the installation and distribution of office terminals such as computers and printers, and the detection and resolution of daily hardware problems and desktop problems;

3. Responsible for providing 7*24 IT support.

Job Requirements:

1. Computer-related majors, bachelor degree or above;

2. Proficiency in network professional skills, familiar with routers, switches, firewalls, server products and related technologies, Cisco CCNA/CCNP related certification is preferred;

3. Chinese, English, and Indonesian can be used as working languages, multi-language communication skills are preferred.
