The IT Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to the organization’s IT employees and ensuring that all technology-related issues are addressed and resolved.

The successful candidate will work closely with the IT regional team to ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems and services.

The ideal candidate will be a self-started, who is passionate about technology, and has experience in the management of enterprise IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and recommend new technology and solutions that can improve the organization’s IT infrastructure and systems.
• Configure and maintain AV/UC hardware on site.
• Set up and maintain network and server infrastructure including switch, routers, firewall and servers.
• Installing and configuring software applications and operating systems.
• Manage and maintain our O365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Assist in the procurement of IT equipment including researching, evaluating and recommending new products and services.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking issue for end-users.

Requirements:

• Certification in O365 administration or networking is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience handling different UC platform and video conferencing systems (e.g., Teams, Zoom, and Webex)
• Strong technical knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
