It Support / Network Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users, including resolving hardware and software problems related to network connectivity, printers, and other network devices.
• Perform Microtik setup, configuration, and maintenance to ensure network stability and security.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in network engineering and IT support.
• Assist in the planning and execution of network infrastructure projects, such as network expansion, upgrades, or migrations.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Conduct regular network assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement necessary security measures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Collaborate with the IT team to design, implement, and upgrade network systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network components.

Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or Microtik certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and provide technical support to end-users.
• Familiarity with network security best practices and the ability to implement and maintain security measures.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve network issues efficiently.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microtik setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
• Solid understanding of network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Willing to work in an on-site setting at Kemang Timur, Jakarta Selatan.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as an IT Support Engineer or Network Engineer.
• Experience in network monitoring and diagnostic tools, such as Wireshark, Nagios, or SolarWinds.
