It Network Engineer Officer Jobs

Strong analytical and planning skills, with excellent problem-solving capabilities.

5+ years of experience as a Network and Communication Engineer.

Network related certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP-ENT) are highly preferred.

Prior experience in a project as a Senior Engineer or Subject Matter Expert.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear manner.

Work closely with teams to ensure that network and communication infrastructure aligns with organizational goals and supports business operations effectively.

Design/plan and execute network configurations and upgrades for new projects, technology upgrades/enhancements, incident management/mitigation and day to day internal change requests.

Performs customer service duties and responds to customer requests as defined by management.

Prepares activity reports as requested by management.

Identifies opportunities to improve workflow and creates supporting documentation for review by peers and management.

Completes network change requests in accordance with service level agreements and change management policies.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of network devices, such as routers, switches, and firewalls, is a plus

Experience with network monitoring tools and software, such as Wireshark, is a plus

Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microtik setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Conduct regular network assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement necessary security measures.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as an IT Support Engineer or Network Engineer.

Experience in network monitoring and diagnostic tools, such as Wireshark, Nagios, or SolarWinds.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve network issues efficiently.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and provide technical support to end-users.

At least 3 years of experience and having knowledge in IT Network / IT Infrastructure.

Manage IT monthly reports and review IT operational procedures on a periodic basis.

Having experience working with Mikrotik, Fortigate, Cisco.

Desired certifications ITIL or COBIT (is a plus).

Resolve operational issues according to system tickets with specified schedules and service level agreements (SLAs).

Develop company networks, provide assistance to employees on how to use network effectively

Hands on experience untuk implementasi dan troubleshoot perangkat Cisco LAN/WAN routing/switching, wireless, dan collaboration.
