Responsibilities

• Checking logs and databases to support problem solving.
• Grouping the problems according to the type of service and the type of problem.
• Keeping records of incidents that occur.
• Conduct regular updates regarding knowledge about products and services.
• Identify problems using the available knowledge base.
• Escalate to the relevant team if the problem has not been resolved.
• Asking users for information if the information provided is not clear.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate and cooperate with other teams
• Hardworking and willing to learn new things
• Be able to read application logs
• 8 Hours flexible Working Time
• Experience using putty applications, openvpn, mongochef, mysql client
• Graduates from SMK RPL or TKJ, D3 Informatical Engineering or Computer Engineering
• Domicile in Jakarta
• Willing to check or respond to complaints outside working hours if there is a need
