Retail Operation Support Jobs

We’re opening a position to be located in PT adidas Indonesia location with the following details:

:

• Checking and Following up with Customers after the problems solve by Support Team and ensure that the F-aLS POS system runs smoothly
• Follow up with IT Support Team on the Issues Solution Status
• Support in Workshop, Training, UAT and Go-Live of F-aLS for New accounts
• Do Regular Regression Tests for F-aLS
• Share and Explain to IT Support Team about the issues
• F-aLS Set up preparation for every New Opening stores for accounts with F-aLS POS System
• Receive and understand complaints/issues from Customers in regard of FaLS (internal app)

Qualifications:

• English Speaking, as he/she will deal mostly with Support team (foreigner) to follow up on F-aLS system issue
• IT major is preferred
• Retail Store Operation Process and Logic, especially related to POS (Point Of Sales) System
• Microsoft Office Proficiency
• Interest in Information Technology (IT)
