Receive and understand complaints/issues from Customers in regard of FaLS (internal app)

Share and Explain to IT Support Team about the issues

Follow up with IT Support Team on the Issues Solution Status

Do Regular Regression Tests for F-aLS

F-aLS Set up preparation for every New Opening stores for accounts with F-aLS POS System

Support in Workshop, Training, UAT and Go-Live of F-aLS for New accounts

Minimum 5 (Five) years experience working as Sales Operation Manager is preferred. Preferably have experience in leading Fashion Retail Companies.

Have good experience in managing stores.

Have good ability and knowledge in the field of Fashion Retail.

Have good sales and analysis skills.

Coordinate, direct, evaluate work systems, sales, promotion, and distribution strategies for target achievement.

Prepare an annual work plan (regional development, additional human resources).

Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and negotiate effectively.

Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities.

Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Conduct regular visits to customers, approximately every three weeks, to maintain a strong presence and address any customer needs or concerns.

Take ownership of meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets, utilizing effective sales strategies and techniques to drive revenue growth.

Previous experience in partner management

Previous experience in a human resources, finance or administration role

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience

Minimum 4 years of experience in regulatory reporting in Banking Industry

Experience working with large datasets using SQL/ Biq Query is a must

Prior experience working in a Banking or Big 4 company for minimum 2 years of experience will be an advantage

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly regulatory reporting Laporan Bank Umum Terintegrasi (LBUT - Antasena) & Apolo, according to prevailing regulation

Identify any data error or unreconciling item between report and data

Strong organizational and project management skill

Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Strong communication and negotiation skill

Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with client

Knowledge of the retail/modern trade industry, including key players and trends

Initiate retail business development strategies and drive successful execution to achieve results
