Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets, utilizing effective sales strategies and techniques to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular visits to customers, approximately every three weeks, to maintain a strong presence and address any customer needs or concerns.
- Prepare and present sales reports on a regular basis to the sales manager, providing insights on sales performance, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.
- Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and negotiate effectively.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
