Retail Sales Manager Jobs

A natural body care brand based in Bali (Pecatu) is looking for Retail Sales Manager to manage its sales operations.

We are looking for a confident and reliable Retail Sales Manager Manager to support our daily business operations.

As Retail Sales Manager you will be responsible for the daily supervision and operations of the store’s front end, ensuring the store is running smoothly and providing exceptional customer service to both the customers and business partners.

:

• Ensuring that each shop is well-stocked by maintaining product inventory in each shop.
• Developing stores sales strategies to raise customers' pool, expand stores traffic and achieve sales targets.
• Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff.
• Propose innovative ideas to increase store profitability by developing promotional material, business strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Creates a high-performance culture in store by setting clear expectations and targets, analyzing team performance, holding team members accountable and giving appropriate and prompt feedback, including actively managing poor performance.
• Overseeing the daily operations of stores, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.
• Optimize profitability by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Leading the team in maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Developing weekly and monthly sales reports from different offline sales channels, including shops, wholesalers, consignment stores, and resellers.
• Following up on sales enquiry from wholesaler, consignment shops and reseller.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Good communication in English.
• Knowledge and experience in ecommerce is highly preferred.
• Have a creative knack and eyes for details.
• Experience in visual merchandising is a major plus.
• Strong leadership, communication skills, and ability maintaining team.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree, from any major university.
• High energy, possess good customer service and drive in achieving sales target.
• Having experience of a minimum 2 years in Supervisory or Managerial role. Experience as a store manager in retail industry or FMCG is highly preferred.

Salary:

Basic salary IDR 5,000,000 + commission
