Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Assistant Manager to join our new real estate tech company. As a Sales Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and supporting our sales team, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with a proven track record in sales and leadership within the real estate industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and providing actionable insights to the team.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop and implement promotional activities, campaigns, and events to support sales objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team, providing constructive feedback, and implementing strategies for individual and team development.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales assistants, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve their targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, representing the company's brand and values.
  • Oversee the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, setting ambitious goals and objectives.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, presenting them to senior management as required.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a successful sales team.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to make data-driven decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate sales processes, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, sales analytics tools, and other relevant sales technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
