Job Description


TEORRA is a global B2B marketplace connecting eco-conscious buyers and sellers of sustainable products. Our mission is to make sustainability accessible, affordable and measurable for businesses, all through our easy to use marketplace.


We currently have a great opportunity for a Business Development Representative to join our team. You'll be responsible for creating interest and developing conversations with sustainable suppliers and buyers. Our team members are passionate about making a positive impact, and the ongoing sustainable transformation of companies.


We are looking for an individual who is keen to jump in our newly established startup. Our ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use initiative, and help advance sustainability.


Objectives of this Role


  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to customer relationship
  • Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities with potential buyers
  • Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets


Skills and Qualifications


The experience and skill-set needed to be successful is 2-3 years of B2B sales experience.
