Job Description

Responsibilities


  • Serve as the advisor for client, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution and issue resolution.
  • Manage and grow key clients, driving revenue and building relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and recommend enhancements to account management
  • Execute strategic client plans to maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities.


Qualifications


  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Experienced in business or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in Account Management or similar Client-facing roles.
