We are looking for highly driven and passionate talents to join HOYA Vision Care - INDONESIA.
Key Account - Sales Representative
for Jakarta (1), Surabaya (1), and Purwokerto (1) area.
As Key Account - Sales Representative, you will:
- Reviews cycle plan, market conditions, and customer needs with Sales Manager to plan territory sales strategy and to refine call schedules.
- Varies professional selling approach based on segmentation, audience, and ECPs’ business approach.
- Develop/Build relationship with new Key Account(s)
- Responsible for the sales achievement through the account channel, in line with company objective(s).
- Perform the consultative selling approach with customers that drives immediate sales and establishes long-term business partnership.
- Coordinate with related department to achieve sales target.
- Addresses customer needs and issues proactively, resolves customer issues in a timely manner and uses the opportunity to build a stronger relationship.
- Build and maintain relationship with existing business/Key Account in assigned area (Jakarta / Surabaya / Purwokerto).
Skill and Experience:
- Organizational Commitment: ability to plan, organize and achieve effective time management.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong problem solver and negotiator, with ability follow-through on client contracts.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills i.e. flexibility, adaptability, and ability to provide personal contributions while also contributing to overall team.
- Preferably candidate lives in Jakarta / Surabaya / Purwokerto area.
- Candidate must possess at least D3 Refraksionis Optisien (RO) / Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
