The Ideal candidate has already developed strong relationships with the trade and enjoys an excellent reputation with travel agencies, tour operators, networks and other players in tourism distribution. The customer portfolio in the assigned area will be evaluated. You will be part of a team of professionals and will be offered a very competitive base salary and a monthly performance-based bonus.


  • Coordination between partners with the various HQ departments to promptly solve problems and manage situations in a timely manner
  • Periodic reporting to the Country Manager
  • Follow customer needs daily to achieve better results with partners based on their needs and recognize market trends in advance to influence results
  • Use your experience in the marketplace to position your TBO brand at the top of online distribution
  • Maintain existing production, develop strong business and personal relationships with partners at all levels and negotiate commercial/financial terms
  • Create new business opportunities in the assigned zone to achieve sales targets
  • Regular site visits minimum 3-4 days a week, on-site and online agent support, training/webinars, new product introductions to increase sales
  • Analyze and follow the ROI compared to the budget, guiding customers towards the objectives set
  • You will focus on generating new revenue by developing relationships with new partners in your area and building trusting relationships with agents already using the TBO.COM system.

Do You Have What It Takes (Must haves)

  • Pressure resistance, excellent business communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products and procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Ability to travel regularly for work, driver's license
  • Strong sales skills and a proven track record in the local Italian tourism industry
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Strong experience in Business-to-Business negotiations and sales management
  • Strong experience in developing new/existing sales in Italy with online travel platforms
  • Previous training in the travel industry is a must! (experience of at least 4 years in a similar position)


Role Details


  • TBO mainly provides hotels but also a wide range of online travel products and we provide our partners with a winning combination of price and exceptional service.
  • Training on TBO business systems and procedures, is paid.
  • MS Office products: 5 years (Required)
  • Languages: English (Required)
  • Type of work: full-time with VAT number
  • Bed Banks or Wholesaler Travel Sales Manager 4 years (Mandatory)


Licenses and Certifications:


  • Availability to travel: 75% (Required)
  • Driving license (preferably)
