Job Description

Account Manager (AM) serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. AM is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the AM will should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and developments
  • Assisting in identifying and pursuing new sales leads and opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and customers.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Assisting in negotiating sales contracts and agreements


Qualifications

  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work well in a team.
  • Strong interest in sales and a desire to learn and grow within the field
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change in the market and customer needs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Min bachelor degree with 2 years experience in sales (System Integrator or IT Industry)
