We are represented on the market for 14 years, our business area is getting developed and enlarged actively. However, to become a leader in the global property management industry, we’re looking for a HR-manager to join the team and boost our progress for miles.

Responsibilities:

- Handling of recruitment and selection processes of potential candidates.

- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts including job advertisement creation, candidate sourcing, individual interview conduction.

- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs, job requirements and qualifications for each position.

Job Requirements:

- Indonesian citizen.

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English/Bahasa.

- Relevant diploma or certifications. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or Law related fields would be an advantage.

- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.

- Great organizational and people skills.

- Strong employee-relations skills with attention to diverse international and local culture knowledge.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
