Marketing Specialist (In Bali)

We are represented on the market for 13 years, our business area is getting developed and enlarged actively. However, to become a leader in the global property management industry, we’re looking for a marketing specialist to join the team and boost our progress for miles.

Requirements:

-Experience in the international companies as a Junior/Middle marketing specialist from 1 year. Working in real estate would be an advantage.

-Proactive in learning and testing new marketing tools.

-The level of English (Upper-Intermediate and higher).

-Portfolio of completed projects, references (upon request).

Tasks:

-Create and implement a marketing strategy;

-Systematically suggest and test hypotheses, ideas for increasing traffic and closing ratio;

-Manage the budget of marketing campaigns;

-Analyze and explore customers/clients, market, competitors, sales trends, seasonality and turnover;

-Provide transparent and timely reporting.

Terms:

-Salary 8M-15M IDR per month (depending on your previous experience and proven track record of the completed cases).

-Convenient working schedule Mon-Fri from 09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. (GMT+8, Bali local time). Flexible start of work is negotiable.
