About Our Client
We are currently representing a diversified business owner who is looking to expand its footprint in Real Estate development.

• Develop and implement project management strategies, value engineering, methodologies, and best practices to optimize efficiency and deliver projects on time and within budget
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including feasibility studies, design development, procurement, construction, and handover.
• Work in conjunction with the business development and marketing teams to ensure that all sales and marketing requirements are fulfilled.
• Build and lead project management team, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration across multiple projects in the region
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, clients, and regulatory authorities, to ensure project compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation measures to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Stay updated on local authorities' approval requirements and procedures, advising project teams accordingly and coordinating the acquisition of all necessary permits and technical approvals as planned.
• Provide strategic guidance and direction to owner and directors, ensuring successful project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

The Successful Applicant

• Must be technically strong and comfortable driving contractor activities on site.
• Experience in major villa / low rise residential building projects.
• Excellent oral and written English
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Hands on individuial with 10+ years' experience in Construction Management
• Preference for candidates currently based in Bali / its vicinity with track record in managing hospitality projects in the area.
