Job Description

Qualifications

  • Minimum experience in hospitality: 2 years
  • Minimum education: D3 (hospitality major will be prioritized)
  • Willing to relocate to Ubud, Bali
  • Conversational in English (speaking)


Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports for management information.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures
  • Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the entireresort.
  • Assist purchase department in selecting suppliers for items related to housekeeping.
  • Attending and resolving guest complains regarding the resort's cleanliness.
  • Maintainstock ofsupplies and linen.
  • Prepare Annual Housekeeping Budget.
  • Ensure that rooms are made as per company standard.
  • Pay attention while organizing pest eradication activities.
  • Organize inventories and fixed assets
  • Organize on-the job training and evaluate its effectiveness.
