Responsibilities

• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
• Other as instructed by superior
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
• Lead NPI team and oversee NPI/PPAP activities
• Generate and review Process Coasting, Build Report, PPAP Report
• Carry-out DFM/DFT study and review report
• Liaise with Cutomers and Suppliers to resolve technical issues
• Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
• Training IATF16949,APQP,MSA,SPC,GrnR,R@R,DFM/DFT
• It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem
• Work with internal teams for Quality enchanment and productivity optimazation
• Generate and review validation protocol and validation report
• Hand on.work on NPI, APQP PPAP, GRnR, R@R

Qualifications

• Preferrably handling Automotive Projects
• Excellent english communication skill, both speaking&writing
• Good project management skill
• Minimun 2 years experience in same position
• Analytical & excellent problem solver
• Preferre S1/S2 Electrical/Mechanical/Electronic/Industrial
• Minimum Bachelor Degree's
• Good leader & team player
