> ELECTRICAL SPECIALIST <

Placement: Batam, Riau Islands, Indonesia

- Minimum requirement is a Bachelor's Degree (S1) or equivalent diploma in a relevant field such as mechanical or electrical engineering.

- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a management-level position or above, with a strong command of the field and experience in managing and supervising groups of leaders, engineers, and technicians.

- Good understanding and ability to manage utility work in general, including generators, electrical panels TR, TM, maintenance transformers, and machine maintenance. Understanding of systems, material specifications, tools, and technical analysis/trouble analysis.

- Attended ISO Internal/External Training and SMK3, with a certificate and the ability to apply it in previous work experience.

- Meticulous and detailed in job analysis, and able to organize work properly and correctly.

- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate loyalty.

- Hardworking and able to work independently or as part of a team.

- Ability to build good relationships and understand the existing vendor/contractor management system to monitor vendor work properly and thoroughly.

- Good communication skills, both friendly and firm when it comes to tasks at hand.

- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD/drawing to support data reports and presentations, etc.
