About Our Client
The client is a leading electronic appliances manufacturer in Batam.

• Introduce new projects, new automation designs, production equipment, and fixtures for the engineering team
• Provide engineering support during the bid phase and supports presentation of proposals to customers
• Build and maintain customer relationships, seek feedback, and provide innovative solutions to meet customer requirements and deliver improvements
• Prepare reports on project updates or general performance metrics for cross-departmental presentations
• Be responsible for the adoption of solutions and new technology in the team
• Facilitate best practice sharing within the engineering team
• Ensure team members are continuously aligned and engaged with the company's or team's vision
• Control improvement projects budget cost, maintain schedule, adjust, and repair tools, equipment, and productions and follow up production line output
• Plan, coordinate, and delegate tasks effectively to ensure engineering projects are delivered with great quality and in a timely manner
• Improve production lines efficiency, testing, and control
• Provide guidance to team members to ensure they are on the right track in running technical projects

The Successful Applicant

• Mandarin speaking skill is a plus point
• Result-oriented and good troubleshooting capability
• Knowledge of IE (industrial engineering) principles and Lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of automation, robotics, line technology such as functional testers, MES.
• Experience in equipment test engineering
• A deep understanding of automation, robotics, and line technology.
• Strong management experience.
• Strong collaborative skills, with experience working with global teams and customers
• Strong project management skills and ability to perform under pressure
• Skill in Lab View, software test engineering
• At least Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering
• Know how to improve production lines, cycle time, line balance, ROIROI, output increase
• Testing skills: Leading a team for design, development & debugging of PCBAPCBA/System level automated Testing System at various level in manufacturing process
