Underwriting Staff - Batam Branch

Job Requirements

• A good communication with team member
• Can work as a team is a must with quick adaptation to work flow and procedure
• Ability to operate Microsoft (Word, Excel, PDF) is compulsory
• Much of using computer for inputting data with soft skill in insurance product knowledge and English literacy

Our Requirements

• Good time management skills, able to prioritize work to ensure efficiency
• Keen to learn with positive work attitude
• Minimum Diploma III from any major, preferable from Akastri, Accounting & Finance
• Minimum 2 years experience with the same area
• Take initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
• Have good English language skills
• Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Possess good interpersonal skills and is customer-oriented
• High level of integrity, take accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
