Good communication and interpersonal skill

Make decision within the specification laid down by GTC*A and GTC*L. This also applies to production process.

Excellent english communication skill, both speaking&writing

Minimun 2 years experience in same position

Lead NPI team and oversee NPI/PPAP activities

Generate and review Process Coasting, Build Report, PPAP Report

Generate and review validation protocol and validation report

Carry-out DFM/DFT study and review report
