Job Description

As a Commercial Manager, you will own the overall relationship and act as an advocate for your portfolio of hotel partners. You will be ultimately responsible for maximizing revenue, reducing attrition, and account management for hotel partners. You will understand and anticipate the hotel partner's needs turning them into opportunities to increase ancillary revenue and ideas for new revenue streams for ZUZU. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.Key responsibilities would include:

  • Identify areas in which we can maximize the potential revenue per client and participate in the upselling of new services
  • Build deep business relationships with clients in your portfolio
  • Promote client loyalty by becoming an expert in our product and encouraging increased usage
  • Push for contract renewals
  • Keep churn to a minimum by identifying and addressing potential issues before they arise
  • Provide a customized service for each client to consistently show the value we create through our products and services
  • Understand and anticipate partner business challenges, issues, and pain points
  • Fully own the relationship with your client and work closely with the Partner Experience team to ensure that all needs are being addressed and to escalate any open tickets if required
  • Continuously collect client feedback and provide the feedback to the internal team on a regular basis

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree, Fluent in English
  • Experience in a similar industry (Saas Startup / Hospitality Startup preferred)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, Extranets
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Account Management
  • Proactive individual
