Commercial Assistant Jobs

Commercial Assistant will help to provide analysis of the current ongoing orders, preparing annual sales forecasts, monitoring budget usage, and interacting with the whole Marketing and Merchandising department. You will work directly under the Commercial Manager and be exposed to managerial and strategic decision making.

Responsibilities

Controlling budget usage for each team under the Commercial Division, to ensure cost effective working way

Providing annual sales forecast, to prepare for the production capacity as well as cashflow needed

Creating analysis on ongoing orders, to ensure orders are still within profitable margins

Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting on day-to-day operations, to be analyzed by Commercial Manager

Routing sales follow up meeting, to make sure all progresses are on track and within needed timeline

Qualifications

Fluent in both Indonesian and English

Advance in Excel and PowerPoint

Good communication skill

Bachelor's Degree

2+ Business Analyst experience (preferred)
