Our ideal Team Member will be involved with handling the administrative flow of accounting, purchasing, AR & AP within the company, financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Create & finalize purchases
• Make a database for Vendors
• Manage budgeting and forecasting
• Organize, secure, and maintain data throughout account receivable, account payables, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures
• Finalize all Tax information to send to our Tax Consultant
• Create a monthly P&L
• Systemize payment requests
• Manage monthly salary/bonus and BPJS payout
• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
• Compile and analyze financial statements in XERO
• Inventory Audit with F&B and Housekeeping department

Qualifications

• Experience working within Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Must have 1+ years of experience using XERO
• Indonesian only

We are a secluded Eco-friendly Retreat Center nestled inside famous Canggu, Bali. Oasis consists of 14 eco-friendly suites which can accommodate up to 30 guests. The complex consists of a common area, gym, yoga shala, ice bath, sauna, cinema, game area, pool, and more. We specialize in handling 1 week long retreats of all different niches. We are a small Team of 13 employees who love what they do and have fun every day!
