Position: Marketing Manager + Communications

Location: Ubud Bali Indonesia [ NO REMOTE!] -please READ

Experience: Minimum 2 years in marketing and communications

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the creative, marketing, and product department, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Manage all aspects of the brand, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company's values and identity.
• Utilize digital marketing techniques to optimize online presence, enhance SEO, and increase website traffic and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content, compelling visuals, and impactful marketing materials.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
• Take charge of public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and crisis communications.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
• Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources to achieve maximum return on investment.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products/services, expand brand awareness, and drive sales growth.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including social media, content marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
• Leadership skills to inspire and guide the marketing team toward achieving shared goals.
• Adaptability and a willingness to thrive in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong copywriting abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in retail in both Indonesian and international markets.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically, making data-driven decisions.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
• Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, best practices, and industry regulations.
