Job Description

Qualification:


  • Fresh Graduate can apply with having background in Digital Marketing (projects/internship/bootcamp)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Domicile in Batam and surrounding areas
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook page, Instagram, social media scheduling tools).
  • Have an experience in Digital Marketing is a plus.
  • Willing to travel maximum 3x/month (Singapore)
  • FLUENT IN ENGLISH
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and basic content management systems.
  • Have an attachment portfolio would be a plus.


Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing and Accounts Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting both the digital marketing efforts and financial operations of the company. This hybrid role involves executing digital marketing campaigns, managing online presence, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping through recording bank transactions, invoicing, and maintaining communication with suppliers and customers.
