Your Role
This is a Assistant Sales Manager role. Formulate strategies and responsible for driving growth and develop the channel to meet revenue and growth targets. This role has to lead the team and cross functionally and executes comprehensive sales and business plan, and tracking sales trends and identifies opportunity for growth.
A Typical Day
- Develop a sales strategy and required to mentor, manage and motivate inside sales team in West Java areas to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Handling and resolving customer complaint regarding a product or service.
- Develop new business opportunities and grow sales with new market penetration.
- Close collaboration and maintain communications between sales, marketing, academic, crm, and other personnel as well as customer and partner.
- Close cooperation with key information owners in sales channels.
Who You Are
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions.
- Strong analytical skill to identify trends and sales patterns.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum proven 3 years’ experience in all aspect of leading sales team, planning, and implementing sales strategy in education industry.
- Ability to tackle demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.
- Strong communication and business presentation ability (both written and spoken).
