Job Description

Handling buyer inquiries, export documents, and exhibitions to increase sales target performance.


Requirements:

  • Required to travel (domestic and international)
  • Fluent in English (required) and Mandarin (or other international language can be considered)
  • Min. S1 graduate
  • Great sense of responsibility for his/her job
  • Experience in export sales industry min. 2 years
  • Excellent time management skill
  • WFO (Surabaya)


:

  • Maintain good client relationships
  • In-charge of domestic and international exhibitions (mandatory travel!)
  • Process and keep track of shipment as requested by the buyers
  • Plan and analyze target markets
  • Making offers and processing buyer inquiries
  • Handle export documents (PEB, COO, BOL, Invoice, SC, SI, etc.)
