Having 1 - 3 years of related industry experience

Coordinating logistic arrangement with transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments

Handling & creating export documentations

Coordinate with internal team, freight forwarders, suppliers, inspectors, trade counterparties, brokers and ground staff to ensure smooth execution of cargo

Arrange shipment schedules and documents

Bachelor Degree majoring in business management or related major

Has 3-5 years experiences in international sales / export sales

Experiences in palm oil / oleo products or related company is prefer

Good communication and presentation skills

Bachelor’s Degree preferable from Management, Engineering (Industry, Food Technology), Business Management

Have 2-3 years of working experience in FMCG Industry (preferably food industry)

Knowledgeable about export market analysis and strategy

Strong in B2C sales & export

Target-oriented, good communication and negotiation

Fluent communication in English is a must

Skilled in Negotiation, Business Planning, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Sales, and Strategic Planning

Have minimal 3 years of experience in aquaculture industry

Have minimal 8 years of experience in Export Sales

Set export sales strategy to Overseas Countries

Set a strategy in selling Finished Products

Synergize relationship and services to customers

Staying up to date with local government regulation and experience in handling a team are mandatory requirement

Candidate has at least 5 years of experience in coal marketing

Experience in negotiating, setting price, preparing contracts, scheduling delivery, and expanding export sales to new markets

To Coordinate Actively Within The Sales Department To Fulfill And Execute Export Sales Of Coal To Various Regions

To Coordinate With Supporting Team Related To Export Regulations And Documents To Successfully Execute Export Sales

Maintain Relationship And Keep In Close Touch With Export Customers

Manage and monitor export administration (orders, contracts, export documents) to meet buyers’ delivery requirements.

Organize licenses and other legal documents to meet the target countries’ requirements.

Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Identify potential international buyers utilizing buyer platforms and liaising with foreign Chamber of Commerce, International Trade Promotion Center, and Embassies.

Prepare quotes and communicate with buyers.

Negotiate the terms and conditions with the buyers, and meet sales targets & profits.

Experience in B to B Export will be an advantage

Computer knowledge (Ms. Office, Outlook)

Experience in using SAP will be an advantage

Negotiation with related parties (customer and supplier)

Other task as deemed necessary
