Sales Export Executive Jobs

We seek a result-oriented Sales Export Executive to help local businesses expand their sales in global markets by matching the Indonesian Trading House (ITH) overseas requirements.
Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Negotiate the terms and conditions with the buyers, and meet sales targets & profits.
• Organize licenses and other legal documents to meet the target countries’ requirements.
• Manage and monitor export administration (orders, contracts, export documents) to meet buyers’ delivery requirements.
• Prepare quotes and communicate with buyers.
• Liaise with all potential foreign Chambers of Commerce.
• Identify potential international buyers utilizing buyer platforms and liaising with foreign Chamber of Commerce, International Trade Promotion Center, and Embassies.
• Perform other related duties as required by the function and solve problems/issues of exports.
• Liaise with the Indonesian Trading House overseas to study the market in the target countries and plan sales campaigns suitable to the needs.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of proven track record of success in export sales.
• Knowing export documentation and payments.
• Familiarity with trade expos and related international organizations is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
