Import Export Coordinator Jobs

Job Desc:

• Input PIB/PEB (import or export declaration)
• Checking HS Code
• Tracking marine
• Create weekly and monthly report to the manager
• Book space to the shipping lines and airliner for each sea or air shipment
• Monitoring for delivery goods in coordination with trucking coordinator
• Submitting all the documents required onto the SLIM (BC system)
• Communicate with overseas agents also importir
• Check the completeness and correctness of import / export documents before being sent to Bea & Cukai
• Prepare import and export documents completely and correctly

• Organize import and export clearance. Liaison with clearing agent and freight forwarders
• Ensure timely & correct documentation for import and export
• Managing exim team
• Coordinate with the QA team to ensure all the relevant test reports and certificates are sent with the shipment
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, negotiation with a freight forwarder
• Co-ordination with global logistics team

Requirements:

• Having a good network with government or agencies
• Max 35
• At least 3 years experience in exim and managing a team is a must with examples of when they have demonstrated excellence in the workplace
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
• Bachelor's degree in international trade or others
• Ready to be placed in Bali
• S1 any major
