Retail Sales Specialist Jobs

Our client, a multi-national logistic company is currently looking for Retail Sales Specialist. As a Retail Sales Specialist you will ensure that Retail Outlet is running smoothly & efficiently and revenue target of store is met through the proper implementation of programs, quality customer service, and giving feedback to retail supervisor.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
• Minimal Bachelor's Degree, any field (max 27 y.o)
• Willing to mobile and work independently in retail outlet
• English is amust
• Having experience as a sales person will be an advantage or having interest and passionate in sales

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales target by month and driven by selling incentive
• Implement store hours
• Implement standardized guidelines & procedures and monitor store performance
• Coordinate and consolidate data transfer between retail outlet to country office
• Be committed to quality customer service by being properly groomed with low absenteeism, low in tardiness at all times
• To manage and deliver customer-focused service in all retail outlet
• Maintain retail outlet Cash shipment data
• Competitive remuneration package & incentive
• Track store performance through a store scorecard sheet
• Undertakes any assignment/special project as determined by the Retail Manager
