It Production Support (Data Operation)

We are looking for IT Production Support (Data Operation) that will be responsible for the following:

• Accommodate contingency/disaster services in accordance with established procedures and approvals
• Developing and recommending new systems as well as setting schedules for their implementation needed to support business growth
• Manage, operate, and monitor overall IT services for users within SLA target service levels in relation to IT processes and procedures, compliance and risk management
• Perform ad-hoc data management based on the request form to provide the relevant information needed
• Support 24 hours in 7 days for critical situations
• Handle problems related to application systems so that problems can be followed up more intensively
• Manage application usage control activities (eg audits, routine checks, etc.) in an effort to minimize complaints that occur

For this role, we will need someone who:

• Experience in Data Warehouse (DWH) development
• Proficient in English is a must
• Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
• A team player, a fast learner, and good communication skills
• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in IT or equivalent
• Understand Banking/Financial Processes Business
• Experience in Banking and Finance business industry
• Advance in using MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle databases
• Strong in problem-solving, analytical skills, and logical approach
• Experience in Bank Indonesia Payment Systems such as RTGS, SKNBI & BI-Fast
• Experience in Banking SDLC concepts, data creation, and processing at DWH
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Application support especially in the banking industry
