Assistant It Manager Jobs

Samsonite Indonesia is hiring Assistant IT Manager.

This position will function as go-to person for all IT matters and be involved in projects relating to IT as a lead or coordinator. The person will be expected to work closely with business users in Jakarta, JV Partner IT team and Regional IT team that is based in Asia.

Responsibilities

· Provide IT support (Computers, IT Infrastructure, etc) and ensure they are operating optimally, secured, and patched regularly

· Provide application support (POS, SAP, Salesforce, and related e-commerce systems, etc)

· Lead as Project Manager / Coordinator in business system implementation and work with various business teams or IT teams

· Provide technical advice to business teams to help them make informed decisions

·Ensure compliance on Global / Regional IT & Cybersecurity policy

·Ensure adequate documentation are maintained and kept up-to-date

·Be on standby for IT operation needs and cybersecurity emergency response as needed

·Handles IT procurement and work with Finance Manager to manage local IT budget

Education

·Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related disciplines

·Certified in Project Management or networking would be desirable

Experience Requirements

·2 to 3 years of experience in IT operations, application support or project management

·Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia

·Experience on Retail POS system is preferred

·Experience on ERP system SAP ECC is highly desirable

·Experience on Salesforce platform is desirable

·Exposure to Cloud is desirable (Azure, AWS)

·Hands-on experience in supporting IT operations and applications is highly desirable. Experience in scripting automation is desirable
