Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct compelling presentations on proposed solutions to customers, showcasing the value and benefits of our software.
  • Identify client needs and provide creative yet viable solutions, drawing upon your extensive product vision and technical expertise.
  • Carry out tender responses (RFI / RFP, etc.), comprehensively addressing functional and technical requirements, and handling complex tender documents from potential clients.
  • Lead the technical aspect of the selling process, working closely with Sales Managers to enhance sales performance and contribute to business growth.
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop and deliver client-specific solutions that support each stage of the sales cycle.
  • Build trusted relationships with sales teams and client accounts, leveraging your domain and/or business/industry expertise to effectively communicate the company's value propositions.
  • Facilitate client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to uncover business challenges, opportunities, and strategic goals, aligning them with our services.


About you:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or MBA from a leading university, preferably in a related field such as Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide and inspire teams, fostering a culture of excellence and delivering innovative products with a focus on exceptional user experience.
  • Effective analytical skills, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience working on large-scale platforms within a fast-paced tech company, preferably in the Payment industry or Financial Technology, is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in finance and tax domains, with an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with high proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience working in a Presales client-facing role, with a deep understanding of the SaaS/Enterprise sales cycle.
  • Proven track record of product ownership, demonstrating revenue growth through new business or product development.
  • Ability to translate customer business objectives into scoping requirements and effectively troubleshoot issues.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate customer problems and product strategies precisely.
