Job Description
  • Build and manage interdependencies between projects / teams (consortium)
  • Having good understanding of project financials (revenue, margins and invoicing)
  • Manage SLA’s as committed to the customer.
  • Manage timely escalation process between the L2 and L3 teams.
  • Setup Process for Cloud based projects (implementation and Operations - Infra and Security)
  • Facilitate collaboration every day to remove impediments and reduce risk
  • Build, manage and publish projects metrics and reporting, enabling accurate visibility and transparency between support teams and stakeholders
  • Schedule, manage and facilitate meetings between different stakeholders
  • Drive and own responsibilities of delivery
  • Ensure Satisfaction with customer and internal Stakeholders and drive all project governances
  • Establish a deadline and monitor the progress of the project.
  • Identify and resolve issues that arise.
  • Planning and developing the project idea, performance evaluation of the project.
  • Developing and leading the globally diverse teams.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Understanding of Agile values and principles
  • ITIL certification, project management certification.
  • Good experience and understanding of Cloud projects and having a Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) will be preferred.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-growing, rapidly-changing environment
  • Outstanding communications skills, including the ability to translate sophisticated technical products and features into intuitive concepts and graphics
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
