Technology Solutions Manager Jobs

Responsibilities

• Lead a Technology Solution Team
• Design and build the POC and Prototype needed in proposal building
• Assess the existing business, data, and system process within multiple clients and stakeholders
• Give a direct brief to handover solutions to Project Team
• Architect and design proposed solutions for clients before executed by development team
• Presenting to clients and stakeholders about proposed solutions
• Build a Business Requirement Document (BRD) that consist the problems and solutions

Qualifications

• Experience in business, data, and system assessment
• Ability to lead a team and also work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
• Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
• Ability to design software/application architecture and topology with several common drawing techniques using draw.io or other tools.
• Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Indonesia
• Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in designing technology solution for the stack and its infrastructure, especially data processing related
