Operations Manager (Distribution Expertise)

Baskit turns every medium and small-sized wholesaler into a super-powered mini-distributor by providing salesenablement software, go-to-market services, and supply chain financing.

We are looking for an Operations Manager to help create better processes and set up our national operations as we scale across Java and beyond. The ideal candidate will have worked in the General/Traditional Trade, in FMCG and other categories, and will know the dynamics between wholesalers, distributors, and retailers very well.

IMPORTANT: Our office is in BSD and we mostly work in person.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure execution against the budget and that the foundations of the operations to achieve our north star are in place
• Build, manage, and optimize commercial processes and programs for our customers
• Drive efficiencies and ensure that we operate in a zero-fraud environment
• Manage complex operations and implement KPIs to track the organization's performance

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of the traditional/general trade market in Indonesia
• 5+ years of experience in the supply chain (consumer goods, general trade, traditional trade)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
