Responsibilities:

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to reach target customers.
• Manage relationships with key customers and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability.
• Manage and oversee the distribution of our products, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
