Operations And Distribution Center Controller

:

• Monitoring on cost saving initiatives
• Budget preparation – to have timely submission of Annual Budget (OPEX & CAPEX).
• Perform Internal Control of the business operation to ensure all activities follow the company policies and best practices
• Regular Monitoring on OPEX and CAPEX usage (Actual VS Budget) to ensure all the business objectives are achieved
• Assist in streamlining business processes at business unit level to achieve business goals.
• Work closely with the leaders to Perform operational and financial analysis to investigate and correct operational issues
• Lead implementation of improvement projects in HO and branches, especially to increase internal control and monitoring
• Monitoring the branch inventory to achieve the cost objectives
• Prepare internal reporting package including operating metrics, financial controls and performance indicators that will help determine company’s financial status and improving business performance
• Provide guidance and direction to internal team for improving operational and financial performance

Job Requirement:

• Good operational and business acumen. Deep understanding of business process (e.g. procure to pay, order to cash)
• Strong analysis and logical thinking
• Good drive and can work independently
• Excellent skills in operating Microsoft excel (macro skills will be an advantage), SAP
• Min. 5 years of experience as Finance (Budget & Cost) Controller
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/ Management (master’s degree is a plus) from reputable university
