Job brief:

BD&Sales Manager has whole responsibility for growth and revenue of movus business.

There are 8 members in BD and Sales team now and we are looking for a division head there.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, lead and develop the Business Development and Sales division organization to achieve short term and long term goals
• Report daily, weekly and monthly achievement to founders directly
• Make growth strategy and execute it
• Develop new segment market and opportunity from scratch

Qualifications:

• More than 1 years experience to lead a team
• Strong commitment and execution skill
• Fluent English
• Strong empathy for the business and mission of movus
• More than 3 years experience in sales in BtoC business
