Nft Merchandising Manager Jobs

Responsibilities

• Developing relationships with NFT creators and artists to promote the growth of the marketplace and ensure the steady supply of high quality NFTs.
• Maintain detailed understanding of the mechanics of all backend tools, processes and systems.
• Plan and monitoring operational cost management; which include marketing spend optimization, promotions and new product introductions, analysis in opex efficiency and third party tools/service effectivity supervision.
• Developing and implementing promotional strategies and campaigns to drive customer engagement .
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to align merchandising strategies with overall business objectives.
• Understanding the market needs and analyzing data to devise and implement processes that optimize retail operations.

• Ability to analyze data and make decisions.
• Relevant certifications may be required.
• Proven track record in merchandising.
• Have minimun 5 years of professional experience in merchandising.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• A degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Proficiency in English language written and verbal.
