Merchandising Senior Manager Jobs

PT. Mitra Aktif Adiperkasa Tbk - the #1 Sporting Goods Retailer in Indonesia is looking for a Merchandising Senior Manager (based in Jakarta) with at least 2-3 years experience in managerial level or equivalent in merchandising fashion/sport, proficient in Microsoft Excel & SAP, have a good analytical thinking and communication skills.

Job Summary:

Managing a specific / multiple brand(s) in daily basis with principal, store staffs, and office colleagues to make sure that every process is going smoothly in order to reach the company goal.

Responsibilities will be (but not limited to):

• Forecast & analyze by sales trend to place an order based on approved budget
• Follow up defect item from customer to be reimburse to principal
• Prepare product allocation for stores
• Do Store Visit to check display standard, price & discount alignment, customer & competitor survey, sales & stock
• Communicate with Brand Principal and ensure that all directions & guidance are implemented correctly
• Propose monthly promotion idea at partner stores
• Support Wholesale Tradeshow by providing related articles, sample, attending the tradeshow & interact with customers
• Support E-commerce by ensuring stocks are available; all articles, picture and information are in the web; highlight products to be campaign
• Involve in New store opening by getting principal approval on layout, providing needed marketing accessories, provide staff uniform & merchandise allocation
• Create and submit necessary reports

Requirements:

• Experienced 2-3 years managerial level or equivalent in merchandising fashion/sport
• Understand about OTB and prepare budgeting for merchandising
• Proficient in Microsof Excel & SAP
• Good analytical thinking & good communication skills
