Merchandising Manager (Luxury Brand)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales plan & forecast.
• Develop Merchandise Strategy in order to ensure the achievement of sales strategies.
• Deliver operational excellent through CRM, quality manpower/sales team, training & customer service in order to provide world class retail experience.
• Develop merchandise and allocation plan to ensure the effectiveness in the implementation of sales strategy.
• Develop operation strategy alongside with operation team through training, quality of manpower, creative program, excellence customer service deliverable in order to meet brand objective.
• Implement the brand strategy in order to ensure the achievement of the sales target and profitability.
• Develop marketing strategy in order to ensure the campaign aligns with brand objective, together with marketing team.
• Deliver product allocation strategy in store and ensure the alignment with the company procedure.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Possesses analytical skills along with strategic mindset
• Prior experience in Merchandising and planning
• Excellent communication with great interpersonal skills which would help candidate deliver on growth prospects working closely with stakeholders in a matrix organization
• Ecommerce and digital understanding in B2C environment
• 4+ years of omnichannel retail experience
• Minimum qualification Bachelor's degree from any manjor
• Process oriented with strong understanding of Microsoft Office , ERP tools, systems
