About the GM Sales and Marketing (Luxury Property) Role:
The GM Sales and Marketing (Luxury Property) oversees sales and marketing aspects of daily transactions and processes to ensure sales goals are effectively achieved in accordance with the marketing strategy.

Key Requirements:

• Update knowledge of new regulations, legal documentation and property management related to sales and marketing
• Responsible for achieving aggressive targets
• Involved in the recruitment process for the Sales and Marketing department and determine staffing levels for the department
• Handle the relationship with clients, consultants, agencies and other departments are related to sales and marketing activities
• Identify, qualify and cultivate new sales opportunities through multiple media channels
• Manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events
• Develop and manage sales and marketing operating budget
• Design and draft, review and implement subject matter related policies, regulations, procedures and systems for operations
• Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
• Analyse statistical information on staff attendance, overtime, and leave, address deviations or occurrences of abuse and/or workplace conflict through the implementation of corrective measures in accordance with Human Resources Policies and Procedures
• Suggest to the BoD which staff/department should be involved in the project based on experience of other residential projects
• Provide guidelines and guidance to personnel on the application of procedures
• Formulate, organise and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trend and new market opportunities
• Manage the daily growth and development of the assigned campaigns
• Compile, control and monitor the budget in accordance with budget allocation/limits with subordinates and report to appropriate Director In-Charge or the BoD
• Monitor and follow-up on specific tasks and project deliverables
• Influence, communicate, motivate and inspire team members to achieve departmental objectives
• Provide recommendations on training and development, planning for subordinates
• Any other duties assigned by the Director in-charge of sales and marketing
• Monitor the sales status of the sales consultant and sales team, and report to appropriate Director in-charge, or the BoD

To Be successful in this GM Sales and Marketing (Luxury Property) role, you will need sales and marketing experience in the luxury property market, holding extensive network to high-end property developers.

Key Requirements:

• Good Microsoft office skill set (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience in sales and marketing in CBD Central Jakarta or SCBD
• At least bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
• Familiarity with preparation of financial models, project budget and regulation on foreign buyers' policy
• At least five years' relevant experience in real estate/property development industry, including at least three years in a managerial capacity
• Experience in strategy development within marketing and sales for properties and real estate developments
• Familiarity with the Indonesian Omnibus Law about foreign ownership of real estate property is advantageous
• Good communication skill; fluency in English to communicate with internal and external parties
• Experience in handling legal documentation related to sales and purchase of residential projects and handing over of properties to purchasers
